When Elena came to us for planning her sister’s summer wedding we understood that we had a lot of work ahead of us. Since Elena is a professional graphic designer, from her invitation designs we realized that this wedding was always going to be under changes.
In our first meeting with the bride Antonia during one of her visits to Cyprus, everything we had discussed with her sister for the wedding had to change. Antonia requested that the wedding would be simple, fresh and summerish.
“I am not the kind of person that likes exaggerations. Keep simple lines, without overstatements. If it was possible I would come with this exact dress I am wearing.”
That was exactly what we did. We were already working on this project for 5 months.
Just a month before the wedding, we had a second meeting with Antonia at the venue. It was then that everything changed once again. All of our previous ideas disappear in a moment.
“The furniture are not my style, lighting is imperfect.. You should also organize a pre wedding beach party. The number of guests has increased. Call all vendors necessary and we will talk again the day before the wedding.”
One month of everyday research. One month full of pressure, with a very stressful time schedule and only a few days remaining for preparations for this summer wedding. Finally the result, as it was captured by photographer Damian and presented in the wedding trailer by Cinesen Cinematography, was absolutely amazing.
