The absolutely amazing photos you are about to scroll through are from the wedding of Annita & Stavros, at Lexeko Estate. You may have seen this wedding on our Instagram feed already, it was about time we blogged about it too.
Annita came to our first appointment with her mum and we absolutely fell in love with them both! We knew instantly that this bride, and her mum, were definitely the clients for us. We’ve said it before and we will say it again, as many times as necessary. Your wedding planner or wedding coordinator will be with you throughout the whole process, through the highs and through the lows – it has to be someone who understands you.
When it comes to decorations and flowers, this beautiful bride was one of our most easy-going ones! She had complete and utter faith in our team and in what Antigoni could do for her in terms of the design. She dreamt of a boho terracota wedding. And let me tell you, when a bride fully trusts us, we can be as creative as imaginable in order to bring out our couple’s characters in our designs!
Annita and Stavros trusted our planning process, they spoke to us about what was important and we really listened. Together we focused on the details, and together we looked at the bigger picture. We pointed them in the right direction and took care of the pesky logistics. The result, speaks for itself.
One of the best ways to truly personalize your wedding is with the little details. We’ve already blogged about this, so go check it out if you haven’t, but – we just wanted to share with you how this musical soul incorporated her love of music into her wedding. For the couple entrance, all the guests had little maracas to shake. And the bride’s brother led the entrance with his drum. Not to mention the live entertainment of the evening…. a rap battle between the couple (scroll right to the end for a snap of it)!
Oh and one last thing… We urge all our couples to do this. And what that is, is to steal away a few moments for each other before the dinner venue is open and do a first look of your venue, all set up and gorgeous. We promise you will love it and the photos of you alone there will be so worth it.
