We love all our brides, but we love them differently, not more, not less – just differently. We have a different bond, a different relationship with each of them. We make it our goal to get past the professional relationship, to get our couples to open up to us and show us their real personalities. We do that because we want to fully understand who they are, so we can better do our jobs.
Sometimes, every once in a while the universe throws us a bride like this one. A little firecracker, that everyone absolutely adores. Andrea knew what she wanted from the very beginning, but she didn’t know what she wanted. A bit of a paradox, she wanted something colourful and vibrant, and she wanted something loud but she was very trusting and open to suggestions and thus… creative brainstorming sessions became a constant in our journey together.
This couple wanted to personalize as many aspects of their wedding as possible. They wanted to create something impressive – something to add a wow factor. But they also wanted to keep a natural, light and airy feel to their wedding. Details were important.
Heritage venue offers just that, situate among the trees – this blank space can be easily transformed using its surroundings. The flowers, majorly greenery were accented with touches of the wild, with yellow and white, to create abstract and airy arrangements. We used little pops of colour in the stationery, with customised guest gift boxes and printed cocktail menus. The tablecloths, white for a breath of fresh air, adorned by rattan placemats and sage napkins.
And of course, the brightly coloured elephant in the room… the gorgeous printed corridor and dancefloor with matching bar designs for the wow effect! Tying everything together, the gorgeous design adds a very playful but elegant touch to the dinner area.
The result speaks for itself, because the couple was open and trusting and they revealed themselves to us. The smiles on their face are true testament of what can be done through communication. And don’t they just look right at home on their personalised dancefloor?
