WEDDING COORDINATION
- Meeting with you before the wedding to get a handle on what you have planned/booked.
- Offering support and advice where needed
- Going over wedding information with you, advising level of priority for each aspect
- Suggestions for new suppliers and/or service providers
- Making first contact with suppliers for you
- Assistance with budget and breakdown of costs
- Checking in with your vendors to view the signed contracts to ensure everything is executed as agreed on day and coordinating with booked suppliers and service providers on final decisions.
- Follow up with said suppliers and/or service providers to confirm information and coordinate setup and any additional needs.
- Prepare and provide a detailed timeline of the day to suppliers and/or service providers, upon confirmation of couple (day flow for couple and ‘back end’ timeline for suppliers)
- Assisting with floor plan as provided by venue (and coordinating with other service providers as needed).

STYLING & DESIGN
- Creation of Mood Board
- Colour palette guidance
- Offering support and advice on additional décor elements and stationery
- Sourcing of special props and equipment, where relevant to décor (at extra cost)
- Coordinating and designing floor plans with venue (and other service providers as needed).
- Attending a site visit to visualize where you want everything to go.
- Ensuring all the décor elements are in place on-site at the wedding.
- (This Service is not relevant to Flower Design (entirely different service) but may include guidance and design direction for flower arrangements).
DAY COORDINATION
- Team of Coordinators (based on the needs of the wedding).
- Meeting prior to the wedding to get a handle on everything booked so far.
- Timeline creation and contact with vendors and service providers to confirm all that has been agreed.
- Supervision and Coordination of day setup (including venue, catering, flowers, and all other vendors).
- Placement of Bonbonnieres, place cards, sitting boards, wedding favours and/or any other decorative objects and/or items as agreed.
- Regulating the entrance flow of bridal party, guests and relatives to the church, reception, and dinner area
- Running the day and keeping the pre-confirmed day timeline, ensuring everything runs smoothly (including couple entrance, first dance, etc.)
